These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and Lentera4D ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform"). By creating an account on the Lentera4D platform accessible at https://lentera4d.cam, or by using any of the services we provide — including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, 4D lottery, and associated promotional offers — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Lentera4D is operated as an English-language online gaming platform primarily serving users in Malaysia, including players located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions throughout the country. All platform currency is denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

To register and maintain an account on Lentera4D, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Lentera4D applies the international standard minimum age for casino-style gambling activities. Registration by individuals under 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You are a natural person, legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited.
• You have not previously been permanently excluded or suspended from Lentera4D.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a director or employee of Lentera4D or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on Lentera4D at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify Lentera4D promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Lentera4D strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must not share your login details with any third party. Lentera4D will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, Lentera4D requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a clear photocopy of a valid government-issued identity document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport) and may be requested to provide proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC to our satisfaction will result in withdrawal requests being held pending.

Lentera4D currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant processing, RM50 minimum
• Boost eWallet — instant processing, RM50 minimum
• GrabPay — instant processing, RM50 minimum
• DuitNow QR — instant processing, RM50 minimum
• FPX Online Banking — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank (5–10 minutes, RM100 minimum)
• USDT TRC20 — 15–30 minutes blockchain confirmation, USD 20 equivalent minimum

All deposits are credited to your account balance in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Lentera4D does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party transaction fees imposed by your payment provider remain your responsibility. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and may be updated at Lentera4D's discretion.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) KYC verification must be completed; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your account's daily or monthly withdrawal limit; (d) your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations. Lentera4D processes withdrawal requests within standard timelines: e-wallets typically 5–30 minutes; bank transfers 30 minutes to 2 hours; USDT TRC20 up to 60 minutes inclusive of blockchain confirmation.

From time to time, Lentera4D offers promotional bonuses, cashback credits, free bets, and other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail for that promotion.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 20x) is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are non-withdrawable.

The use of promotions in a manner that Lentera4D reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, placing only low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting both sides of a market), or systematically exploiting promotional mechanics — is prohibited. Lentera4D reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

Promotions are offered at Lentera4D's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. Lentera4D is not obligated to offer any particular promotion on an ongoing basis.

All bets and wagers placed on Lentera4D are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category (slots, live casino, sports betting, 4D lottery, arcade). Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets.

Sports betting markets — including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are governed by standard sports betting rules. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to system availability. Odds are updated in real time and the odds applicable at the time of bet confirmation are final. Lentera4D reserves the right to void bets placed after the commencement of an event where pre-match odds were erroneously provided.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest pricing error, Lentera4D reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the relevant account balance. This applies regardless of whether the error has resulted in a winning or losing outcome for the User.

All bets are subject to Lentera4D's acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our absolute discretion without providing reasons. Maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per event may be imposed and communicated in the relevant product section.

Lentera4D is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We recognise that gambling can carry risk for some individuals and take our duty of care seriously. All Users are encouraged to gamble within their means and to make use of the responsible gambling tools available on the Platform.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session durations to promote mindful play.
• Cooling-Off: A temporary account suspension of 1 day to 6 weeks, available on request.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term self-exclusion is available to any User. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the specified duration.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Lentera4D reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close accounts and void all associated balances where any of the following is identified:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Systematically abusing bonuses or promotional mechanics in bad faith
• Sharing account access with or acting as an agent for any third party
• Any conduct intended to defraud Lentera4D, other users, or payment providers

All intellectual property rights in the Lentera4D platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, text, graphics, logos, game content, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to Lentera4D. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Lentera4D intellectual property without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lentera4D's total liability to you — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your account in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Lentera4D shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings; (c) loss or corruption of data; (d) service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.

Lentera4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Account registered by a person under 21 years of age
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy)
• Where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining cleared balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

By registering an account and using Lentera4D's services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and your rights as a data subject.

In summary: we collect data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored with appropriate technical and organisational security measures in place.

Lentera4D reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws governing the jurisdiction in which Lentera4D is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where a mutually agreed resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms as set out in Lentera4D's dispute resolution policy, details of which are available on request from our support team.
